Three BOBST-Visionfoil 104, SBL-1050 SEF and BRAUSSE machines for hot-foil stamping with maximum format of the sheet 750 x 1050 mm.


Five high-productivity BOBST machines for die-cutting cardboard packages with maximum format of the sheet 920 x 1300 mm and two BRAUSSE machines with maximum format of the sheet 750 x 1050 mm.

The gluing machines BOBST-Alpina110, HEIDELBERG-DianaPro 114 and VEGA-Sirio 82 ensure adhesion of up to six points of cardboard and micro-corrugated cardboard packages. The maximum size of the cardboard blank for gluing is 114 cm and the maximum line speed is 400 m/min. It provides a unique facility for folding and gluing in two directions.

Size ranges:  Cardboard package width: min. 80 mm. – max. 535 mm, cardboard package length: min. 100 mm. – max. 1020 mm, cardboard thickness: min. 0.25 mm. – max. 6 mm.
PVC window width: min. 30 mm. – max. 380 mm, PVC window length: min. 50 mm. – max. 720 mm.
Film thickness: min. 0.03 mm – max. 0.3 mm.
The capacity of the window machine varies from 8000 to 25 000 pcs of cardboard packages per work shift, depending on the package size and configuration, the size of the window; the film thickness and the number of windows per cycle.
